Refund Policy

How refunds are handled for digital report purchases on CareerGlow.

1. Overview

CareerGlow sells digital job decision reports. Each purchase unlocks one or more full reports, which are immediately made accessible online through your verified email address. There is nothing to download or ship. Because delivery is digital and takes effect at the point of unlock, refund eligibility depends on whether the report was successfully unlocked and delivered.

2. General Rule

Once a full report has been successfully unlocked and made accessible to the purchaser, refunds are generally not provided.

3. Cases We May Review

We may review refund requests in cases such as:

  • a duplicate charge that was not handled correctly by the product
  • payment completed but the report was not successfully unlocked due to a technical failure on our end
  • an incorrect charge caused by a verified platform error

If you believe one of these applies to you, contact us and we will review the request.

4. Cases Generally Outside Scope

Refund requests are generally outside scope for:

  • dissatisfaction with hiring outcomes
  • disagreement with report conclusions
  • change of mind after successful digital delivery
  • issues caused by using the wrong email address if report access was correctly tied to that verified email

5. How to Request Review

Please include:

  • the email used for purchase
  • the approximate transaction time
  • a description of what happened
  • any relevant screenshots

6. Review Timeline

We aim to review refund-related requests within 5 business days.
