Terms of Service

CareerGlow provides job decision reports designed to help users evaluate whether a role is worth applying to based on their background and a job description. By using CareerGlow, you agree to these Terms.

CareerGlow may provide:

• a free preview with a lightweight verdict
• paid full reports with deeper analysis and recommendations
• email-based access to previously unlocked reports

The service is intended as decision support and informational guidance. It is not a guarantee of interview outcomes, job offers, or hiring results.

The free preview is limited in scope and is intended only as an initial signal. The full report is a paid deliverable and contains a deeper level of evaluation and guidance.

CareerGlow uses a pay-per-report model. We do not currently sell recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated on the site.

Purchases may be offered as:

• single report access
• multi-report packs

A purchase applies to unlocking new full reports according to the pricing and business rules shown on the site.

If the same user unlocks the same analysis input under the same applicable matching rules, CareerGlow may avoid charging again for that same report and allow it to be revisited. This is subject to the service's current business logic and abuse protections.

CareerGlow uses verified email to help users recover previously unlocked reports. You are responsible for using an email address you control.

Because CareerGlow provides digital analysis and report delivery, refunds are generally not provided once a full report has been successfully unlocked or delivered.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a technical failure, or encountered a duplicate charge issue not covered by the product rules, contact us at existmmmm@gmail.com for review.

You agree not to:

• misuse or abuse the service
• attempt unauthorized access
• interfere with product operation
• use automated methods to exploit previews, balances, or access flows
• submit unlawful or harmful content through the service

We may change, suspend, or update parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

CareerGlow does not guarantee interview invitations, job offers, hiring decisions, or compensation outcomes. The service provides guidance only.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CareerGlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for abuse prevention, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or protection of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CareerGlow after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
